This document explains predictable outcomes so you know what correspondence to attach when escalation is justified. Figures reference New Zealand Dollars unless invoices specify otherwise; card issuers may show converted amounts.

Nothing here promises a particular regulatory outcome from your bank or tax authority. We describe our internal handling only. If a payment processor reverses a charge independently, we reconcile ledgers when their investigation concludes.
